Unhealthy Eating Habits

Please don’t resort to unhealthy habits to lose weight I’ve seen some disturbing things on my feed. Food is life don’t deprive yourself. Water fast or cabbage soup for extended period is anorexic tendencies. I mean seriously?! How many calories is that in a day water diet 0, cabbage soup under 400 if not less and how tasty does that sound to you? It’s past diet it is get help time. Just watching an eating disorder being promoted on my feed and I’m saying something because it’s wrong. People drop dead. It’s really sad. There are people starving in the world and people do this to themselves. 

 

Watch and follow fitness pages, get inspiration, follow food pages, health all of that get ideas but don’t starve yourself. There are so many outlets to get help with weight loss. I’m an outsider and noticing this I only hope family can help before it is too late. Seek therapy if possible as to why you are resorting to this. It’s not a healthy mindset to do this. Form a healthy relationship with food. Love and respect your body, eat a balanced diet, your body will thank you. Food=Fuel.

 

I've been seeing some disturbing diets on Instagram lately, please you guys don’t resort to unhealthy habits to lose weight. Water fast or cabbage soup diet is wrong. Please eat a balance diet and work out your body will thank you. Food is fuel.
